Orlando Utilities Commission provides your electric, water and sewer service. You can reach them at 407-423-9018. *** Please note: OUC service must be put in your name prior to move in. If you move in on a weekend, please insure the service is in your name the Friday prior. Please remember that we require proof of service before we can release the keys for your move in.

Brighthouse offers cable, Internet and phone for this area. Bert Crespo is our community rep and can be reached at 407-376-1485.

AT&T offers phone service. You can reach them at 800-753-0710

The Orlando Sentinel is the provider for our local newspaper. 407-420-5353.

MetroWest Elementary School - 407-296-6450

*** Note: Please make sure to give us your new phone number at the time of your move in so we can program your access code into the gate system. This will allow you to authorize entrance to your visitors.

Your move in monies must be in a cashiers check or money order.

All Lease holders must be present to sign lease or make other arrangements prior to picking up keys.
