Pet Friendly Apartments in Orlando

Finding a pet friendly apartment can be tough. Here at Summit at MetroWest we certainly understand how important it is to have our companions by our side. That's why we are a pet friendly community. We love your pets as much as you do. 

Not only will your four legged family member find a welcoming place to call home, your pet will also be able to take advantage of their own special amenities such as doggie clean up stations, yappy hour events and while on a leash, plenty of grass to run and play in. Your cat will love our sunny solarium and screened patios too.  Our community is friend of the Humane Society and an advocate of pet adoption day. For your convenience, we will be happy to help you find groomers, boarders, trainers, sitters and pet stores in our office as well as special treats.

• Maximum of 2 indoor pets per apartment
• No pet over 50 lbs
• Letter required upon move in from certified veterinarian for proof of breed and current shots
• No aggressive breed (pure or mixed) allowed at anytime
• Non-refundable fee of $300 for first pet, $150 for second pet
• All pets must have manager's approval
